Job Description:
- Greet visitors and guide them through the intake process.
- Answer telephone calls and direct phone calls to relevant staff.
- Enter data accurately and efficiently.
- Order supplies.
- Maintain accurate, updated filing system for all matters in the Frederick County Help Center.
- Update online calendars.
- Coordinate submission of necessary human resources and information technology documents.
- Generate reports and other assignments as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Good time management and organizational skills
- A professional and personable demeanor
- Proficiency with technology,including data entry
Required Education and Experience
- High School or GED Equivalent
- 1-2 yearsofadministrative experience in an office setting or law firm
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Excellent Written and oral communication abilities, including experience designing and making presentations
- Well-versedin Microsoft Office and able to quickly grasp new technologies
