Sterile Services Co. (SSC) is hiring a Senior Administrative Support Level III to support the Army Medical Logistics Command (AMLC) – Force Projection Directorate (FPD) in Frederick, MD. This position provides senior-level administrative, operational, and program support for medical logistics readiness, force projection operations, mission planning, and program execution. The incumbent will serve as a lead administrative professional, coordinating office operations, supervising administrative personnel, managing workflow processes, and ensuring timely and accurate support to AMLC leadership and mission partners.

This role directly supports critical Army missions, including Army Prepositioned Stocks (APS), Unit Deployment Packages (UDP), Medical Materiel Readiness Program (MMRP), Foreign Military Sales (FMS), and Medical Logistics Support Team (MLST) activities worldwide.

Requirements Administrative Leadership and Oversight
  • Lead and oversee daily administrative operations supporting AMLC FPD programs, projects, and mission activities.
  • Supervise, mentor, train, and provide guidance to Administrative Support Level II personnel and other assigned administrative staff.
  • Establish priorities, monitor workload distribution, and ensure timely completion of administrative requirements.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures that improve efficiency, accountability, and organizational effectiveness.
Executive and Program Support
  • Provide direct administrative support to Government leadership, program managers, and project leads.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements, site visits, and mission planning activities.
  • Manage executive calendars, taskers, suspense actions, and correspondence tracking systems.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for administrative coordination among AMLC FPD divisions, external organizations, and mission stakeholders.
Data Management and Reporting
  • Oversee collection, validation, tracking, and reporting of data supporting program operations and readiness initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain databases, tracking systems, and management tools that support operational decision-making.
  • Compile, analyze, and present reports, statistics, dashboards, schedules, timelines, charts, graphs, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of administrative records and program documentation.
Correspondence and Documentation Management
  • Prepare, review, and quality-control memorandums, executive summaries, briefing materials, information papers, reports, meeting minutes, and official correspondence.
  • Ensure documents comply with Army Regulation (AR) 25-50 and other applicable Government standards.
  • Coordinate document staffing, routing, review, and approval processes.
