Boeing Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) is seeking a Subcontract Administrator to join the Supplier Management (SM) team. The successful candidate will act as an authorized agent of the company, committing company resources through the execution of NDAs, teaming agreements, purchase orders, subcontracts and other agreements for the procurement of goods and services.
Responsibilities- Create and manage subcontract actions in support of Government contracts and indirect program related requirements, including labor procurements and purchase orders.
- Apply working knowledge to ensure contractual documentation fully supports FAR and DFAR requirements when partnering and subcontracting within a Government technical services environment.
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships, including teammate qualification and source‑selection activities needed to support program‐specific requirements.
- Prepare, negotiate and administer Non‑Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements and Requests for Proposals.
- Partner with program teams to evaluate proposals, negotiate terms and conditions, and execute subcontracts and binding agreements in compliance with corporate policies and Government regulations.
- Interface with multiple project managers, contract administrators, external customers and BI&A leadership to execute the day‑to‑day performance of a diverse subcontract portfolio.
- Initiate and execute solutions to supplier‑management problems of moderate to complex scope, including additional acquisition organization activities and DCMA compliance.
- Work within managed work objectives, corporate review guidelines and minimal supervision to achieve organizational goals.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree and typically six or more years of related work experience, or a Master’s degree and typically four or more years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong communication skills in a team environment.
- Ability to learn quickly and multitask effectively.
- Experience with Government contracting, particularly FAR/DFAR compliance.
- Proficiency in managing subcontract actions, including issuing and tracking orders.
- Effective negotiation and administration of non‑disclosure and teaming agreements.
- Capability to maintain supplier relationships and source‑select qualified teammates.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance.
- Experience with or knowledge of an Approved Purchasing System.
- Willingness to act as a product and process owner, developing independent recommendations for improvement.
- Background in business data analysis, business development and supplier oversight.

Pay Range$101,000 - $113,000
