Senior Director of Business Process Transformation

A rapidly growing 500+ person and rapidly growing Medical Device company is currently hiring for a Senior Director of Business Process Transformation who has experience with Manufacturing based PLM, Siemens, and ideally ERP/MES experience!

• es Responsible for designing and evolving Company's digital thread strategy—the controlled, end-to-end integration of product, process, service, and quality data across R&D, engineering, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, supply chain, and commercial functions. This role also leads the enterprise-wide transformation and optimization of cross-functional business processes that support and connect the entire value chai
• n.Serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, aligning long-term business goals with a cohesive process transformation roadmap, shaping future‑state operating models, driving enterprise‑wide cross‑functional initiatives, and overseeing the achievement and measurement of business valu
• e.Collaborating closely with leaders across Enterprise Platforms, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Commercial functions, the Senior Director establishes process architecture frameworks, champions continuous improvement initiatives, and evaluates transformation success through measurable business performance indicators and key metric

• ons Demonstrated understanding of PLM, ERP, and MES ecosystems, including Siemens Teamcenter, Oracle JD Edwards (JDE), and SAP S/4
