Business Development Manager – Staffing Industry (Catonsville, MD)
Seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager with experience in the staffing industry. This individual will identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth by delivering workforce solutions tailored to client needs for our Professional Services division.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficient in CRM and ATS tools
