Pay range: $68,640 - $90,500 / year. Salary offers are based on relevant skills, training, experience, education, certifications, market factors, and organizational factors. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive an annual performance bonus.

The Leadership Experience Accelerator Program (LEAP) is an immersive 2‑year rotational experience designed for high‑potential recent college graduates eager to launch a career as an Operations Leader. The program provides a comprehensive understanding of core business functions, hands‑on experience with high‑impact projects, and dedicated mentorship to foster leadership capabilities.
Program JourneyAs an Associate, you will be hired into a dedicated track in your region and embark on three challenging 8‑month rotations, each designed to provide you with a strategic and unique perspective of our operations.
Program Tracks- Business Transformation – Join the team dedicated to continuous improvement and driving strategic initiatives across the organization. You will work on projects involving new technology implementation, process re‑engineering, and change management to stay at the industry’s cutting edge. For example, you may work directly with patient‑facing teams to understand the end‑to‑end patient experience and identify opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency, and satisfaction.
- Lab Operations – Gain firsthand experience in state‑of‑the‑art laboratories. You will learn about technical processes, quality control, and the critical role labs play in delivering accurate and timely results. You will contribute to projects focused on process improvement and operational excellence.

Required Education- Bachelor’s Degree
- Majors:
Business (Management, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain), Life Sciences, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or related field of study - Minimum GPA of 3.0
