@Orchard LLC is seeking an experienced Sr. Program Analyst to support a highly visible NOAA program. This position is contingent upon contract award.

The Program Coordinator will provide support to the administrative and program management office. The responsibilities will include developing, and reviewing communications, correspondence, project deadlines, presentations, memos, and any legislative related documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate any program level support to the administrative and program management office.
  • Develop memos, memoranda, presentations and any briefing materials for the leadership review and execution.
  • Support initiatives that expand program capabilities and track network activities.
  • Complete compliance reviews, performance evaluations and any project related deadline tracking.
  • Spearhead regular project management facilitation related to Disaster Relief Supplemental Act (DRSA), Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) and Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) activities.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure to gather necessary data and information required for the program office.
  • Plan to travel on as needed basis to the regional offices related to program management office.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, environmental science, marine science, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in project coordination supporting activities such as project deadline tracking, Bipartisan Infrastructure Law support activities, and/or related activities.
  • Prior experience in a NOAA program office and/or NOAA contract experience.
  • Experience preparing leadership briefing materials, memoranda, and presentations.
  • Strong presentation, writing, and communication skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically.
