Senior Business Requirements Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act as the Product Owner, managing the product backlog and prioritizing work to align with stakeholder needs and business goals
• Serve as a liaison between business, data, and technical teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed business and technical requirements
• Analyze and interpret data to validate business requirements and support data‑driven decision‑making
• Develop detailed user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria to support sprint planning and team execution
• Create wireframes, process flows, and design mockups to align functional requirements with user experience goals
• Lead functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and data validation efforts to ensure requirements have been adequately implemented
• Leverage tools such as JIRA and Confluence, and other project management or data analytics tools to manage requirements, document progress, and facilitate collaboration
• Proactively recommend process improvements to enhance product delivery, increase efficiency, and ensure scalability
