Job Description

Summary:

As a member of the Enrollment Systems and Operations team, the Enrollment Systems Specialist plays a pivotal role in administering and optimizing enrollment communications platforms and related technology platforms to support WPI's Enrollment Management division and its constituents.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the technical lead for the enrollment communications platform, configuring and administering the platform and staying current on new features and releases.
  • Oversee the development and enhancement of the communications platform to meet divisional needs, including building and maintaining data extensions, communication journeys, reports, email sends, and automations required to reach current and prospective students, parents, counselors, and other audiences; creating and managing scheduled email sends and time‑sensitive ad‑hoc communications; validating email functionality, including conditional logic, data references, and source reports; and ensuring the correct communications reach the correct audience at the correct time.
  • Build and maintain complex forms integrated with the CRM to collect information and documents from internal and external constituents, ensuring accurate data mapping and conditional logic across all data collection workflows, and troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise, engaging with vendors when needed.
  • Manage CRM data utilizing third‑party extract, transform, and load (ETL) tools.
  • Create and manage a knowledge base of standard operating procedures, training guides, and system workflows to support staff onboarding and ongoing user enablement through detailed documentation.
  • Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned or directed by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail, comfortable interacting with a diverse range of stakeholders, and capable of simplifying complex technical topics.
  • Ability to work with people of all levels of technical knowledge.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues, validate data, and ensure operational consistency within the CRM environment.
  • Experience with developing and manipulating data and reports, including creating and maintaining complex logic.
  • Proven judgment and discretion in handling highly confidential and sensitive documents and data and externally facing communication.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, SQL, or other programming languages.

Salary: Salary Grade 8: $62,500 - $76,000 per year (depending on experience). Salary is based on related experience, expertise, and internal equity; generally, new hires can expect pay between the minimum and midpoint of the range.
