Bryce Tech is seeking a Program Analyst III to provide acquisition, program management, and business operations support to the Joint Project Lead (JPL) CBRN Enabling Technologies (ET) within the Capability Program Executive for Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Defense (CPE-CBRND). The successful candidate will support Government leadership by coordinating program activities, tracking acquisition actions, preparing executive‑level products, analyzing program performance, and facilitating communication among stakeholders supporting critical national defense initiatives.
EssentialResponsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day program management and acquisition support for assigned portfolios
- Coordinate staffing packages, action items, taskers, and suspense management
- Track program milestones, schedules, deliverables, and acquisition activities
- Develop executive briefings, decision papers, reports, and presentation materials
- Analyze program data and prepare recommendations for Government leadership
- Support Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings, working groups, and program reviews
- Monitor action item status and coordinate follow‑up across Government organizations
- Assist with strategic planning, business process improvement, and organizational initiatives
- Support financial planning activities, budget tracking, and execution reporting
- Prepare correspondence, meeting minutes, and official documentation
- Maintain program records and configuration‑controlled documentation
- Ensure deliverables are completed accurately and within established deadlines
- Coordinate with functional organizations across acquisition, engineering, logistics, finance, contracting, and operations
- Active Secret security clearance or above
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, acquisition, engineering, or related field
- 5-8 years of DoD acquisition, program management, or business operations experience
- Working knowledge of the DoD acquisition lifecycle
- Experience supporting senior Government program offices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- DAWIA/Back‑to‑Basics acquisition certification
- Experience supporting CPE-CBRND, Army, or other DoD acquisition organizations
- Experience preparing executive‑level briefings
- Familiarity with PPBE/PPBEA processes
- Experience using SharePoint, Power BI, Microsoft Project, or similar collaboration tools
