Project Control Manager

Responsibilities

Amentum is seeking a Project Controls Manager who will develop and implement standardized project controls to manage budgets, scheduling, and quality for various projects.

• Oversee project planning, ensuring projects are planned effectively and progress is monitored.
• Manage budgets by establishing controls and operating policies to monitor and mitigate risks that could impact project success.
• Conduct quality assurance, reviewing project quality against desired objectives and goals.
• Provide regular reporting and communication to stakeholders on project status and any issues that arise.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience working on projects or programs in a secure project setting, with a focus on ICD‑705 projects.
• Blue‑broad‑based bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, accounting, finance, or business administration.
• Strong proficiency in project management software, financial analysis tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project and Primavera.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Current TS clearance and maintenance of the same.
• Preferred:
  Overseas experience.

Estimated annual salary: $135,000 – $140,000. Actual compensation may vary based on job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, internal equity, market data, collective bargaining agreements, and applicable laws.
