Veteran Firm Seeking an Asset Inventory Control Specialist for a Full-Time Assignment in Annapolis Junction, MD Executive Summary

HRUCKUS is looking for an experienced Asset Inventory Control Specialist to lead inventory accountability activities and manage secure asset tracking for defense and intelligence community programs.

The Asset Inventory Control Specialist will be responsible for leading inventory accountability activities in secure or classified environments, maintaining accuracy in fast-paced mission environments, and utilizing secure asset tracking systems, automated inventory tools, and digital logistics solutions.

• Proven experience leading inventory accountability activities in secure or classified environments.
• Strong understanding of inventory systems, property accounting, and government-furnished property standards.
• Excellent documentation, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and maintain accuracy in fast-paced mission environments.

• Requires 2 to 5 years of experience with a BS or BA degree; OR 0 to 2 years with an MS, MA, or MBA; OR 8 to 10 years with no degree.
• Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community programs.
• Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, and government property management regulations.
• Experience with secure asset tracking systems, automated inventory tools, and digital logistics solutions.
• Must hold a current and active TS SCI clearance.

• 5 to 8 years of experience with a BS or BA; OR 3 to 5 years with an MS or MA; OR 0 to 2 years with a PhD.
