JOB DESCRIPTION
Allied Technologies and Consulting (ATC) is recruiting fora Logistics Analyst-Life Cycle Logistics to provide comprehensive logistics, sustainment, industrial base, and supply chain risk management expertise in support of a Capability Portfolio Executive Office (CPE), Product Support Management Office (PSMO). Thispositionisbased in Frederick, MD,and will require up to 5 days on-site at either ATC’s Frederick office or at Fort Detrick. Approvalforworking at home arrangements will be made on a case-by-case basis.
DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Tracks, monitors, and updates all taskers and staffing actions assigned to or generated by the PSMO. Retrieves authoritativelogisticsand program data,maintains local dashboards and visualizations, and executes recurring external taskers to reduce administrative burden on PM offices.
- Supports planning, development, coordination, defense, and execution of all PM Life Cycle Logistics activities in accordance with
DoWacquisition and sustainment processes.
- Provide SME forlogisticsplans and projects,identifies capability and resource needs,resolvessustainment issues, coordinates across functional stakeholders, and prepares capitalassetand operational support requirements.
- Assistswithlogisticsautomation and data integrity across enterprise systems (e.g.,GCSS‑Army, DPAS, LMP) to support acquisition, fielding, and sustainment operations.
- Ensures the LCSP is informed by robust product support analysis, including predictive modeling and analytics to improvematerielavailability, reliability, operational readiness, and O&S cost efficiency.
- Supports development, implementation, and oversight of Product Support Arrangements (PSAs) to achieve desired product support outcomes across the CPE portfolio.
- Recommends adjustments to performance requirements and resource allocations across Product Support Integrators (PSIs) and Product Support Providers (PSPs) tooptimizeexecution of the Product Support Strategy (PSS).
- Conducts periodic reviews of PSAs to ensure alignment with theoverarchingPSS and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Prior to any PSS change, or at least every five years, revalidates supporting Business Case Analyses to ensure continued affordability and effectiveness.
- Ensures PSAs for covered systems include processes for efficient procurement, management, and allocation of Government‑owned parts to prevent unnecessary procurements.
- Coordinates with PMs todeterminethe need for preservation, storage, or disposal of unique production tooling and develops associated plans when applicable.
- Identifies obsolete electronic components in system specifications andvalidatessuitablereplacements tomaintainconfiguration integrity.
- Supports the use of additive manufacturing (AM) to enhancelogisticsresiliency, enable distributed sustainment, and improve readiness in alignment with DoDI 5000.93.
- Bachelors in an appropriate Business or Technical field, or similar experience in lieu of degree.
- Experience supporting Army acquisition programs within a CPE/PM environment.
- Knowledge of DoD and Armylogisticspolicies, including AR 700‑127, AR 750‑1,DoWI
5000.91, andDoWI
5200.44.
- Familiarity with the 12 Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements and Product Support Manager (PSM) responsibilities.
- Solid understanding of sustainment planning, provisioning, and maintenance concepts.
- Excellent communications, writing, organizational and project management skills
- Sharepoint and MS Project experience desired
- Experience, knowledge and the ability to execute using Microsoft Office Suite, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as Microsoft Outlook
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in Federal contracting, government or military environment is preferred
- Active DoD security clearance (Secret or higher).
- US Citizen Required
- Mustbe able to pass background testing
