This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager, located in Mount Airy, MD. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Daily tasks include managing project schedules, budgets, and resources, conducting site inspections, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for this role.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field prefer
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or similar are prefer
• Experience in the construction industry, specifically working with federal government contracts, is an advantage
