** Summary of Position
** Kinsley is currently seeking multiple personnel for our growing Civil Site and Pipe crews based in North East, MD. Positions include Site Foreman, Pipe Foreman, Pipelayers, Equipment Operators and Laborers. These roles focus on underground utility projects, including water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer installations, in locations around the North East, MD area.

Successful candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in their respective roles and a strong understanding of underground utility installation, trenching regulations, and pipeline safety.
Please note that this position is considered safety sensitive in accordance with Kinsley Construction policies and procedures.
** Typical Responsibilities / Essential Functions
**** SITE FOREMAN
*** Effectively lead, manage, and motivate crews of 5 to 10 individuals.
* Successfully manage and schedule subcontractors.
* Interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications.
* Responsible for the production process.
* Plan and schedule for necessary manpower, tools, materials, and equipment needed to complete the job.
* Responsible for completing daily timesheets and maintaining daily logs.
**** PIPE FOREMAN
***** Effectively lead, manage, and motivate crews of 5 to 10 individuals.
* Supervise the installation of new pipes in trench for storm or sanitation sewers, drains, and water mains.
* Successfully manage and schedule subcontractors.
* Interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications.
* Plan and schedule for necessary manpower, tools, materials, and equipment needed to complete the job.
* Responsible for completing daily timesheets and maintaining daily logs.
** PIPELAYER
* ** Install new pipes for storm or sanitation sewers, drains, and water mains in prepared trenches.
* Ensure pipes are aligned properly and positioned on grade and on line.
* Assist with back filling and operate compaction equipment as needed.
* Recognize and mitigate job site hazards.
* Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed to support the crew.
** EQUIPMENT OPERATOR
*** Operates equipment in compliance with Kinsley’s safety policies and procedures.
* Ensures company equipment is maintained and in good running condition by greasing and checking fluids.
* Demonstrates a working knowledge of all aspects of construction.
* Performs other related duties and responsibilities as required.
** LABORER
* ** Assist in back filling and running compaction equipment.
* Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards.
* Use various hand and power tools.
* Assist with removal of fine grade stones along curb lines and sidewalks.
* Take and understand instructions from crew leaders.
* Performs other related duties and responsibilities as required.
** Requirements
* ** Minimum of 5 years of field leadership experience is required for foremen position.
