SHEET METAL FOREMAN
Established HVAC Company is seeking a Superintendent to manage new residential construction projects in Winchester, VA and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities- Providing guidance and direction to HVAC sheet metal crews
- Maintaining professional relationships with construction crews, clients, customers and company leaders
- Measuring, scheduling and ordering materials and equipment for ongoing and new projects
- Performing other duties as assigned
- 5+ years of sheet metal experience in new residential HVAC
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical and Building Codes
