A leading heavy civil contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on site development and large-scale concrete projects
. This role is ideal for a strong field leader with experience managing complex scopes and multiple crews.

• Oversee field operations across earthwork, utilities, stormwater, and concrete construction
• Lead Superintendents, Foremen, and crews to ensure safe and efficient execution
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and subcontractors across project scopes
• Manage large concrete pours, formwork, and structural operations
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and per plans and specifications
• Work closely with project management, clients, and inspectors

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent in heavy civil construction
• Strong background in site development (earthwork, utilities, stormwater)
• Extensive experience with concrete, including large pours and formwork
• Ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings
• Proven leadership and crew management skills
• OSHA 30 preferred
