Superintendent - Retail/Restaurant - 10 Month Contract
Experience: Senior Level
Salary: $75,000 - $130,000 per year
Job Details- 4+ years of General Contractor Experience
- Experience with new construction and site work as well as TI projects
- Experience overseeing projects ranging from $5M to $30M
- Local Sub contractor relations are a plus
- Ability to effectively manage a project schedule and budget
- Procore experience is a plus
