Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Construction Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading projects, solving problems, coordinating multiple moving parts, and delivering successful commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

This position will play a critical role in managing projects while working closely with field personnel, clients, architects, suppliers, subcontractors, and company leadership to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Project Management
  • Manage commercial construction projects from contract award through closeout.
  • Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients throughout the life of each project.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules.
  • Monitor project budgets, costs, change orders, and overall financial performance.
  • Review project documents, contracts, drawings, and specifications.
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with project requirements.
  • Identify and resolve project issues while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Work closely with the estimating team to ensure a smooth transition from bid award to project execution.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and communication throughout each project.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of construction project management experience preferred.
  • Experience with exterior cladding systems including EIFS, stucco, plaster, or related trades is preferred but not required.
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with Sage, Bluebeam, Plan Swift, Procore, or similar construction management software is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
