Anchor Construction is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead heavy civil estimating across the DMV region, focusing on water, sewer, storm drain and utility projects. You will develop accurate bids, review plans and specs, and mentor the estimating team.
The role requires 8+ years of estimating experience in heavy civil construction; proficiency with HCSS Heavy Bid and MS Office; and a civil engineering or construction management degree is preferred.
