$70,000 - $100,000 per year
Roche Bros Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple active job sites throughout Northern Virginia and surrounding areas. This hands-on field role is responsible for coordinating crews, monitoring progress, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to company standards.
Responsibilities- Travel daily between job sites in a company-provided truck
- Monitor project progress, scheduling, and site readiness
- Read and interpret construction plans and cutsheets
- Coordinate inspections, deliveries, and field logistics
- Generate reports and attend project meetings
- Maintain safety compliance on active job sites
- Valid driver's license required
- OSHA 30 preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
