Division(Warner Construction).Theidealcandidatewillhaveastrongbackgroundincommercialand/orindustrialelectricalconstruction,asolidunderstandingofcodesandstandards,andtheabilitytoleadinspectionsanddocumentationtoensureallworkmeetscompanyandclientrequirements.

• Implementandmaintainproject-specific
  
  Quality Control Plansforelectricalinstallations .
• Inspectandverifyelectricalworktoensurecompliancewithprojectspecifications,drawings,NEC,and applicable codes.
• Coordinatewithprojectmanagement,engineering,andfieldteamstoidentifyandresolvequality issues.
• Performanddocumentinspections,testing,andverificationactivities.
• Facilitate and,insomecases,leadpre-installation meetings and provide training to ensure crews understand quality expectations and procedures.
• Conductfinalinspectionsandensureproperturnoverdocumentationtotheclient.
• Maintaineffectivecommunicationwithclients,subcontractors,andinternalteamsregardingquality standards and progress.

• 3-5yearsminimumexperienceinelectricalconstruction,withatleast1yearinaQCrole.
• Strongorganizationalandcommunicationskills,withanemphasisonattentiontodetail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
  365andconstructionmanagementsoftware(e.g.,Procore,Autodesk).
• OSHA
  30,NFPA
  70E,andUSACECQMCertificationsarepreferredandmayberequiredbasedon project.
• Valid driver’slicensewithcleandrivingrecord
