Duties
Responsible for writing and approving facility project scopes of work for completeness, good practices, and use of materials.
Develop cost estimates for facility repair projects and compare to contractor's proposed cost.
Inspect and verify facility repair and construction projects for completeness and meeting the SOW requirements prior to approve payments.
Review facility repair and maintenance projects in a quality assurance capacity to ensure they are within scope of the contract.
Maintain correspondence, financial records and files on proposed and approved facility projects.
Assist the Contract Office Representative (COR) in technical review of service order project in accordance with the central maintenance contract.
