Concrete Laborer
Join our team as a Concrete Laborer, where you'll play a crucial role in the preparation, pouring, finishing, and maintenance of concrete structures. This position requires hands-on work at a construction site, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the site by clearing land, digging, setting wood or metal forms, and installing rebar or wire mesh.
- Mix cement elements and guide the flow from trucks or pumps, using shovels or rakes to ensure even layers.
- Finish and cure surfaces by smoothing them with trowels or floats, removing excess material, and applying sealants.
- Maintain the work site by cleaning tools, clearing debris, and ensuring safe working conditions.
Essential Skills
- Experience in concrete work, general labor, and construction.
- Familiarity with using hand tools and working with rebar.
- At least 1 year of experience in construction general labor.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with concrete forms and landscaping is advantageous.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Frederick, MD.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
