Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timelines and budgets are met
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety standards are being met
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
- Manage project documentation and ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations
- Oversee the hiring and management of project staff, including contractors and subcontractors
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and productivity
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve project processes and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- PMP certification is an asset
