- Lead and equip a team of volunteers.
- Collaborate with pastoral leadership to integrate creativity into various areas of church life.

- Provide pastoral care for volunteers.
- Oversee sound and video operations.
- Skilled in vocals.
- Proficient in leading worship from a keyboard or guitar.
- Experience with software and audiovisual equipment.
