Responsibilities- Implement creative elements in the weekend services.
- Lead and equip a team of volunteers, and collaborate with pastoral leadership to integrate creativity into various areas of church life.
- Manage the worship team schedule, provide pastoral care for volunteers, and oversee sound and video operations.
- Skilled in vocals.
- Proficient in leading worship from a keyboard or guitar.
- Experience with software and audiovisual equipment.
