We are looking for an experienced UX Designer / UX Consultant who can translate business ideas, product concepts, and emerging technology use cases into highly polished, intuitive, and visually compelling user experiences
. The ideal candidate combines strong UX fundamentals with exceptional visual design skills and has the ability to create Apple-esque, modern, minimalist experiences across wireframes, interactive prototypes, product concepts, and executive presentations. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, and solution architects to rapidly convert early-stage ideas into tangible prototypes that can be demonstrated, validated, and refined with senior stakeholders.

• Translate business requirements, workflows, and conceptual ideas into intuitive user journeys and experience designs.
• Develop high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and UI concepts with a modern, clean, premium visual aesthetic.
• Apply strong principles of information architecture, interaction design, usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Simplify complex workflows and data-intensive applications into elegant, easy-to-understand experiences.

• Build interactive, presentation-ready prototypes that closely simulate the intended end-user experience.
• Rapidly translate whiteboard concepts, sketches, and stakeholder discussions into tangible prototypes.
• Support iterative design sessions where concepts can be created, demonstrated, refined, and validated quickly.
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and can transition efficiently from prototype to production.

• Create visually sophisticated presentations and product demonstrations suitable for senior and executive stakeholders.
• Convert complex product or technology concepts into simple, compelling visual narratives.
• Develop presentation-quality screens, workflows, journey maps, and solution concepts that help stakeholders visualize the future-state experience.

• Facilitate UX discovery and design workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
• Work effectively with ambiguous or evolving requirements and proactively recommend design approaches.
• Present and articulate design decisions, explaining the rationale behind UX and visual design choices.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback rapidly while maintaining overall design consistency and quality.

• 5+ years of professional UX/UI or Product Design experience
  , preferably including enterprise or consulting environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual design, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and production-grade digital experiences

• Demonstrated ability to create minimalist, premium, Apple-inspired visual experiences with strong attention to typography, spacing, hierarchy, interaction, and detail.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping/design tools.
• Strong experience creating both low-fidelity concepts and high-fidelity interactive prototypes

• Strong PowerPoint/presentation-design capabilities, particularly for executive audiences.
• Ability to independently take an ambiguous business concept and rapidly convert it into a compelling visual solution.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder-management, and presentation skills.
• Experience collaborating with product managers, business SMEs, developers, architects, and senior executives.
