Primary Function: Establish and strengthen member relationships ensuring effective utilization of financial products and services offered by the Credit Union.
Secondary Function: Receive and process financial transactions for members in a professional manner, supporting the sales and service culture of the Credit Union.
Required Experience Job Qualifications (Ability)- Ability to express oneself clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to present a professional and personable personality that communicates to members and visitors that the Credit Union is a professional financial institution.
- Ability to effectively engage members in cross‑selling conversations.
- Ability to prioritize duties to devote attention to protecting the interests of the Credit Union and to provide a quality service to its membership.
- Job requires high school level of language, math and reasoning skills.
- Minimum of 6 months sales and customer service experience.
