• Minimum one year of home‑cleaning experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• A clean driving record if you are a driver.
• Availability Monday through Friday during the day (8 am to 5 pm, or later as needed).
• Bilingual preferred; must be able to minimally communicate with clients.

• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards – follow our process to delight every customer.
• Care for cleaning equipment and ensure the car is loaded with appropriate supplies.
• Have excellent communication skills; make customers feel their homes are cared for.
• Be a team builder, effectively follow directions and direct others.
• Mentor staff.
• Perform quality control inspections.
• Interface with customers.
• Show excellent work ethic and attention to detail.
• Be driven to perform at the highest level, flexible, and a team player.
