Bank Customer Service, Customer Service Rep
Responsibilities
- Deliver a unique customer experience to improve customer financial well-being and loyalty.
- Process a variety of customer interactions and complete teller and branch operations efficiently and accurately.
- Educate customers on alternatives and options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
- Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and make appropriate referrals to branch staff.
- Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems while adhering to policies and procedures and demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education; a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Base Salary: $33,000.00 - $55,000.00 (varies by location, market data, skills, experience, and education). Incentive eligible based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
