Window Nation is hiring a Scheduling Associate to support our growing team in Maryland. You will call customers to confirm appointment dates and times, update customer records, and communicate changes clearly to ensure smooth scheduling.
The role emphasizes accurate data entry across systems, a positive customer experience, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 3 days/week plus one additional weekday and Saturdays are part of the schedule, with standard 8am–7pm windows.
