Position Summary

As a Park Team Member
, you'll be cross-trained in multiple areas of the park, including Guest Services, Court Monitor, Party Hosts, Café Operations, and General Park Operations. Every team member plays an important role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.

Whether you're welcoming guests at the front desk, hosting an unforgettable birthday party, serving food in the café, or monitoring attractions, you'll help create an experience that families can't wait to come back to.

What You'll Do

• Welcome every guest with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
• Create memorable experiences by providing friendly, engaging, and responsive customer service.
• Answer guest questions and resolve concerns quickly while maintaining a guest-first mindset.
• Promote memberships, attractions, birthday parties, events, and special promotions.
• Follow and enforce all Sky Zone safety rules and operating procedures.
• Monitor guests and attractions to encourage safe participation.
• Immediately report safety concerns, accidents, or equipment issues.
• Maintain awareness of your surroundings and respond appropriately during emergencies.

Support Daily Park Operations

Team Members may rotate between several operational areas, including:

• Guest Experience (Admissions & Retail)
• Court monitors
• Party Hosts

Responsibilities include:

• Processing admissions, memberships, waivers, and purchases.
• Assisting with birthday parties and special events.
• Preparing and serving food and beverages while following food safety standards.
• Maintaining cleanliness throughout the park, including attractions, party rooms, café, restrooms, and common areas.
• Restocking inventory and supplies.
• Completing opening, operating, and closing responsibilities.

• Accept coaching and continuously improve performance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, food service, recreation, or entertainment is helpful but not required—we'll provide the training.
