Part-Time Lead Generator / Customerm Service

$20/hour + Commission & Bonus Opportunities Job Type:Part-Time (up to 30 hours/week)

Schedule:

Includes weekends and occasional evenings

Carroll Water is looking for enthusiastic Lead Generation / Customer Service Representatives to represent our brand in big box retail locations.

You’llbe the first point of contact with potential customers, sparking interest in our whole home water system sand gathering leads for our sales team.

What You’llDo:

• Represent Carroll Water at retail store locations, events, and promotional activities

• Approach and engage shoppers in friendly conversation

• Educate customers on the benefits of our water systems in a clear, approachable way

• Collect and qualify leads for our sales team to follow up

• Provide an excellent customer experience while answering general questions

• Share customer feedback with the marketing team to help us improve outreach efforts

• Have the ability to stand up to 8 hours

• Lift up to 50 lbs.

• Able to set up and breakdown demo display when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Outgoing personality with a natural ability to connect with people

• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

• Comfortable starting conversations and generating interest in our services

• Availability on weekends (some evenings may be required)

• Previouscustomer service, retail, or sales experience a plus—but not required

• Able to stand up to 8 hours and lift 50lbs
