Commercial CSR – Agri-business

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Customer Service Representative (CSR) with a focus on Agri-business to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional service and support to clients while collaborating closely with account executives. If you have a strong understanding of commercial insurance coverage and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service,

• Salary Range
  : $60,000 - $65,000+ (depending on experience)

• Provide exceptional service and support to clients in the Agri-business sector
• Collaborate with account executives to ensure seamless service delivery
• Handle service work, including policy changes, endorsements, and client inquiries
• Maintain a thorough understanding of commercial insurance coverage and industry best practices
• Utilize AMS
  360 and Agency Zoom software to manage client accounts and documentation
• Contribute to the positive culture and team environment through active participation in company activities

• Licensure
  :
  Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Experience
  :
  Minimum of 3 years in a Commercial CSR role (flexible for the right candidate)
• Industry Knowledge
  :
  Strong understanding of commercial insurance coverage, particularly in Agri-business
• Technical Skills
  :
  Proficiency in AMS
  360 and Agency Zoom software preferred
• Work Environment
  :
  Fully in-office role in Frederick, MD (hybrid option may be considered in the future)

  Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
