Salary: $250,000 - $300,000 / Year

You’ll achieve success by:

• Leading a patient-centric team respecting your clinical judgment and leadership
• Providing quality care adhering to high standards of ethics and professionalism
• Conducting comprehensive full-mouth exams and diagnosing dental conditions
• Offering treatment planning options and discussing them with patients
• Delivering high-quality clinical treatments efficiently
• Maintaining awareness of the budget and working with the Operations team to meet financial goals

• Mentoring and coaching new dentists and dental professionals
• Staying updated with new developments through continued education
• Networking with professional groups and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental practices in the community

Qualifications:

• Must hold a DDS or DMD from an accredited school
