Compensation: Guaranteed $200,000 Minimum First Year OR 30% of Adjusted Production (Whichever is higher)

We are a mature, highly respected practice seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our team. You will be stepping directly into a busy schedule with an established patient base left by a departing associate who earned over $250,000 last year

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active state dental license in good standing (or eligible for licensure).
• Proficiency or strong interest in general dentistry, endo, implants, and clear aligner therapy.
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered mindset.
