Frederick Health Medical Group (FHMG), a highly respected 160+ provider, multi-specialty medical group, is seeking a General Otolaryngology Medical Director to shape practice growth, while delivering a balanced mix of adult and pediatric ENT care within a well-established, physician-led health system. $500,000 - $600,000 + with guaranteed base and bonuses

• Provide comprehensive general ENT care to adult and pediatric patients
• Diagnose and manage conditions involving the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck
• Perform office-based ENT procedures consistent with training and interest
• Collaborate with referring physicians to deliver timely, patient-centered care
• Participate in quality improvement and care standardization initiatives
  
  Support coverage models that ensure efficient, reliable service deliver

• Serve as physician leader for ENT services
• Partner with hospital and medical group leadership on quality, growth, and access initiatives
• Lead clinical governance, including peer review, standardization, and best practices
• Support ENT recruitment, onboarding, and engagement
• Help shape the future-state of ENT strategy, including technology adoption and workflow innovation

Education & Licensure

• Board Certified or Board-Eligible in Otolaryngology
  - Head & Neck Surgery
• Active Maryland license (or ability to obtain)
• Current DEA license and Maryland Controlled Dangerous Substance (CDS) license
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or approved provider)
• Unrestricted license with no history of suspension or revocation
• Eligible for participation with all payers
