• Sound Physicians' teams covering the Critical Care Unit and Emergency Room
• Work in Meditech Expanse, a web-based system with access to our internal informatics platform

Responsibilities

• Perform rounding and discharges as the day Hospitalist
• Hold daily MDRs and do geographic rounding as much as possible
• Play a pivotal role in the rapid response team
• Hold weekly huddles and monthly team meetings, in addition to lunch-and-learn sessions

Compensation

• The base salary for a full-time day hospitalist is $275,000, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses and growth
• Additional compensation is paid for shifts worked above full-time commitment

Shift & Schedule

• Full-time position follows a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation
• The day position is 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM (11 hours), with 1 team member staying until 7:00 PM

Requirements

• Board-certified in internal medicine or family medicine
• Hospitalist experience required
• Authorized to work in the United States
