Part Time Primary Teacher

Smile Education is recruiting a part‑time primary teacher in the Worcestershire area. The role requires adaptability, classroom management, and maintaining learning progress in various classrooms.

• Keep pupils engaged and on schedule
• Adapt activities as needed based on time, ability, or behaviour
• Maintain a positive and safe working environment for staff and students
• Report concerns to the designated safeguarding lead (DSL)
• Handle disruptions calmly
• Build quick rapport with pupils

• Teaching certification or QTS
• Proficiency in the primary curriculum and effective instructional techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for teaching and motivating students to excel
• Experience working in primary schools

• A daily rate of £120‑£145
