Ywca Central Massachusetts Inc is looking for a Floating Assistant Teacher to manage programming in the classroom from 10:00am - 2:00pm, Monday through Friday. The role includes supervising children’s activities, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining compliance with educational standards. Candidates should be 18+, have strong interpersonal skills, and preferably be DEEC qualified or willing to enroll in an Associate ECE degree program.
This position requires physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
