Pay: $17-$19 per hour
Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday-Friday
Infant Teacher - Early Learning Classroom
The Learning Experience - Lake Linganore / Frederick is seeking a caring and dependable Infant Teacher to support children during their earliest stages of development. This role focuses on creating a nurturing environment where infants feel safe, supported, and engaged through responsive caregiving and sensory learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Support daily classroom routines for infants ages 6 weeks to 12 months
* Provide attentive care including feeding, diapering, and nap supervision
* Implement age-appropriate sensory learning activities
* Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
* Observe and support developmental milestones
* Communicate regularly with families regarding routines and daily progress
* Follow Maryland licensing and safety requirements
Qualifications
* Infant/Toddler qualification required
* Prior infant classroom experience preferred
* Strong understanding of infant development and caregiving practices
* Reliable, nurturing, and team-oriented approach
* Must meet Maryland childcare licensing requirements
Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
