Toddler Teacher – Founding Teaching Team

The Learning Experience

Pay: $17–$19 per hour

Schedule:

Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience is hiring a Toddler Teacher to support children as they develop language, independence, and early social skills through structured routines and hands-on learning experiences.

• Lead engaging classroom activities appropriate for toddlers
• Support early communication and social development
• Guide transitions including meals, rest time, and learning centers
• Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment
• Partner with families through daily communication
• Follow health, safety, and licensing expectations

• Infant/Toddler qualified under Maryland regulations
• Prior Toddler Classroom Experience Preferred
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Reliable and collaborative team member
