Special Education Teacher Openings Near Easton, MD

Soliant is seeking dedicated Special Education Teachers for multiple positions at a school district near Easton, MD, for the  school year. This is a great opportunity to work with a variety of student age groups and needs.

• Co-teach English and/or Math classes at the high school level, providing targeted support and differentiation.
• Work with middle school students with cognitive disabilities outside of the general education setting, adapting curriculum and instruction to meet their individual needs.
• Provide services to elementary students with mild to moderate disabilities, primarily within the general education classroom, to ensure they have access to grade-level content.

• Valid Maryland Special Education Certification.
• Experience working with students across different age groups and with varying needs.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with general education teachers, families, and other professionals.
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs.

These full-time positions are from August 15th, 2024, to June 12th, 2025, with a 37.5-hour workweek. There are two openings available, covering a range of grade levels and settings.
