Overview
Conditional SPED Teacher Application Grow Your Own Collaborative (McDaniel College/MSDE) 2026/2027. This vacancy is specifically for candidates who have at least a Bachelor's Degree and would be required to participate in the Frederick Grow Your Own Collaborative. It would require you to earn your initial teacher licensure in Special Education through a 29-credit, four semester Post-Baccalaureate Certificate (PBC) program with McDaniel College.

Salary10 Month Teacher Salary Scale 25/26
Under the Fair Labor Standards Act this position is exempt from overtime. Actual salary placement will be in accordance with the salary procedures of the Frederick County Public School System.
