In 2017, we launched a startup in the Republic of Moldova — an IT academy for children. Today, impact A&C is an international network with branches in several countries, modern educational programs for children and teenagers, our own methodology, a strong brand, and global ambitions.

The impact A&C team is constantly growing. We have a cool and interesting position available — we are hiring an English teacher.

• advanced level of English
• strong command of office software and IT skills, including computer use, online platforms, and digital teaching tools
• pedagogical education and teaching experience
• creativity and the ability to find engaging teaching methods
• attention to detail and, most importantly, to students’ needs
• strong organizational skills and the ability to ensure that students master the course material 100%
• willingness to grow professionally, develop, and continuously improve teaching techniques so that every lesson is interesting and engaging
• readiness to work in a team and support others

• teach English courses to children aged 8–10
• explain topics in a simple and easy-to-understand way
• maintain children’s motivation and engagement
• provide constructive feedback to students and parents
• monitor students’ progress and complete the necessary reports
• work with the academy’s methodological materials and educational standards

• work in an international IT academy for children and teenagers
