Toddler Teacher – Founding Teaching Team at The Learning Experience. Pay: $17–$19 per hour.

Schedule:

Full Time, Monday–Friday.

The Learning Experience is hiring a Toddler Teacher to support children as they develop language, independence, and early social skills through structured routines and hands‑on learning experiences.

• Lead engaging classroom activities appropriate for toddlers.
• Support early communication and social development.
• Guide transitions including meals, rest time, and learning centers.
• Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
• Partner with families through daily communication.
• Follow health, safety, and licensing expectations.

• Infant/Toddler qualified under Maryland regulations.
• Prior toddler classroom experience preferred.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Reliable and collaborative team member.
