Spencerville Adventist Academy (SAA) is a PK‑12th grade school located 30 minutes north of Washington, DC, that provides a Christian, college‑prep education.
Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated high school science teacher with a background in chemistry or biology. The ideal candidate will have a biblical worldview, incorporate project‑based learning, employ a standards‑based approach, and consistently differentiate instruction to increase student achievement.
Required ExperienceBachelor's degree in secondary science education and current NAD certification. A master's degree in education and at least three years of successful high‑school instruction experience are preferred.
Candidate must be an active member of the Seventh‑day Adventist Church and authorized to work in the United States.
