The School of Nursing at Notre Dame of Maryland University seeks an Assessment Data Management & Analytics Specialist to support assessment, accreditation, competency-based education, and student success initiatives across undergraduate and graduate nursing programs.
Reporting to the Director of the Center for Outcomes, Measurement, Practice Assessment, and Student Success (COMPASS), this position plays a key role in developing and maintaining assessment data systems, generating dashboards and reports, and supporting data-informed decision‑making. The specialist will collaborate with faculty and administrators to collect, analyze, and communicate data on student learning, program outcomes, and accreditation to support continuous quality improvement and regulatory compliance.
This position offers an opportunity to contribute to implementing innovative assessment and analytics systems that enhance student success, monitor competency development, and support accreditation reporting.
Job Qualifications Required- Bachelor's degree in data analytics, information systems, education, nursing, public health, statistics, or a related field.
- Experience managing and analyzing data in higher education, healthcare, assessment, institutional research, or a related setting.
- Experience using data visualization and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and database management systems.
- Experience with assessment management systems, learning management systems, or accreditation reporting.
- Experience developing dashboards and data visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with competency-based education, student success initiatives, or nursing education assessment.
