The Learning Experience is hiring a Toddler Teacher to support children as they develop language, independence, and early social skills through structured routines and hands-on learning experiences.

Lead engaging classroom activities appropriate for toddlers. Support early communication and social development. Guide transitions including meals, rest time, and learning centers. Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment. Partner with families through daily communication. Follow health, safety, and licensing expectations.

Infant/Toddler qualified under Maryland regulations. Prior toddler classroom experience preferred. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Reliable and collaborative team member. Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour.
